Orders are shipped from Spain with Correos or the cheapest and fastest courier for your order, normally UPS.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-7 days, except for holidays or exceptional circumstances that will be notified in the shop.

Please allow up to one month for package arrival due to holidays/weather conditions before contacting us regarding late/lost packages.

Tracking number available only if tracked shipping option has been purchased at checkout.

No cancellations or refunds after order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

If no tracked shipping is purchased, we are not responsible for lost packages. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands.

Estimated delivery times (this could change depending on how busy the postal services are):

Spain- 1 day to 1 week
Spain Tracked - 24-72 hours
Standard Europe - 1 to 3 weeks
Standard Rest of the world: 2 to 4 weeks
International Tracked will travel with UPS most likely and will be delivered in 1-6 days.

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the package. However, any overages in shipping costs will be refunded. I do my best to ship as cost effectively as possible so you will never be overcharged for shipping.

Due to Correos Spain allowing me only to create and print shipping labels when they are tracked, I will be only able to offer standard shipping if the package is less than 100 grams and I can send it with postage stamps. From 100 grams up I have a flat rate of 4€ for Spain, 12€ for Europe and 15€ for the rest of the world. I will cover myself any difference in shipping. This will allow me to create labels myself and schedule a pick up instead of losing countless hours in a post office.

All orders +50€ from Spain, +125€ from Europe and +175€ from the rest of the world qualify for FREE TRACKED SHIPPING.
